For sale is a heavy Danish 19
th
Century tablespoon with a Bacchus design by Dragsted, dated 1872. The spoon is 8 ½ inches long and weighs 74 grams.
It has a scroll pattern pattern handle with a face of Bacchus with grapes at the tip.
It is monogrammed “MT” on the handle back.
It is marked with Copenhagen assay marks for 1872 and [DRAGSTED] as shown

Condition on the spoon is fairly good.
There is a small dent in the bowl, minor tip wear and normal wear from use.
A neat old serving spoon.
