Antique Norwegian David-Andersen 830 Silver Caddy Spoon Swedish Marks

This listing is for a silver caddy spoon and the markings on the back of the spoon are a bit of a mystery.  There is the 3 crown mark for Sweden but there is also a hallmark for David-Andersen who worked in Norway.  The spoon is 830 silver standard (83% silver where sterling is 92.5%).  Perhaps this spoon was made in Norway but was exported to Sweden and stamped.  This piece is 5 1/4" long and the bowl is 2 1/4" in diameter.  The weight is .57 troy ounces (17.9 grams).   There is no monogram or any other engravings.
Very good, pre-owned used condition.  There are light surface scratches from use, storage and polishing.  I have only lightly polished this piece.  Please see all pictures for details.
