Screen Room pops out
Includes the original Tv, RV seats, Pop Tent works great amd has a screen. Seats come out and work as lawn chairs, pull out bed and sleeping bag.
Includes fire pit and table. There may be some pieces missing. Not Exaclt sure to what all came in original packaging. I do know it is missing the chandelier over sink and the side mirrors on outside of RV.
NEW Batteries have been installed and 'll all is in working cinditio. with music, toilet and stove that make noise.
