This is an amazing silver server by A. Fleron of Copenhagen active 1893-1910. The three towers mark is dated "02" for 1902. The twisted handle has a three headed snake/dragon in a Celtic knot with runes below. The flat oval pan also has a chased Celtic design. It is 8 1/4" long and weighs 60 grams.
