enormous Jensen art nuvo sterling silver stuffing spoon

Important antique Danish stuffing spoon. 830S sterling silver mark. Maker CW hallmark is listed as Carl Wedderkopp - Jensen. I am not sure if this company has any ties to Georg Jensen but clearly the handle shows an early use of art nuvo design . The curved lines in handle  form a subtile dragon with claw and tongue. Spoon measures 16" long. Bowl measures 5 1/4" x 3 3/8" and is extremely large. Holds 2/3 of a cup. Weight is 212 grams. Monogrammed LH with a back of handle gift date of 4/7/1911.
