    Description

    This precious little server was sold to me as a Georg Jensen  era piece and it certainly could be.  The designer is Olga V. Mogensen who worked for Georg Jensen from 1949-1975.  She was a top designer for the company and this piece was made in Denmark.  I see no Georg Jensen hallmarks on this piece whatsoever so I do not know if she made it in conjunction with him or independently.  There is a number 33 on the reverse of the piece but I can not find a reference to it.  The piece is small at 5.5" in length but the quality and hammered presentation demonstrates beautiful craftsmanship.  There are some minor scratches throughout the server but the hammered appearance distracts from these.  Free shipping!
