    Description

    Up for bid is one lot of twelve Sorensen & Bros. "Bernstorff" pattern 8.5 inch dinner knives that have .830 sterling handles and stainless steel blades! The handles of the knives have a handsome hammered pattern! Hallmarked with HS ("Horsens Solvvarefabrik") and the Danish "3-Towers, 57" mark. We are not sure of the exact age of the set.
    The pieces could use a good cleaning and polishing/buffing to bring out all of the beauty of the item, but we will leave that up to the buyer. Some of the blades have some blemishes such as pits or scratches from age and use. No monograms or other engravings. The set is used and has evidence of age and wear.
