Norway Thomsen Knudsen SET Berry Spoon & Cream Ladle Twist Handle Silverplate

Description

This is a SET of a Berry Spoon and Cream Ladle from Norway.  They are silver plate and the hallmark shows TK for Thomsen & Knudsen and 40G for 40 grams of silver used in the silver plating on each piece.  This is a set that was used for serving berries and cream.  The spoon has "norge" in the bowl of the spoon and the word appears to have been lightly washed in gold as the letters are a golden hue.  Both pieces have beautiful twisted handles and the "King's Cross" pattern at the top of the handle.  The berry spoon shows that it has been used but the cream ladle has never been used or used very, very seldom.  The spoon is 5 1/4 inches in length and the ladle is 5 1/2 inches in length.  Please see pictures.  Both pieces are in excellent condition with a very nice patina.  Ship to US only by USPS.
