For your consideration, a rare kitchen collectible, a wire mesh roaster/cooker, that opens up, ideally for just a few nuts. The construction of the piece, is very basic, metal loops that hold the top and bottom section in tact, metal loop that presses against the handle to keep it closed. A simple metal band covers the top and bottom edge to give it stability. The metal handle is twisted from the basket, to form the open metal handle. Overall length is just over 10”, and the widest part of the basket, is about 3”.
