Smokehouse Chips'n Chunks are all natural, specially selected hardwoods. Created for use with your charcoal, electric, propane, or natural gas bbq grills! No flavorings, preservatives or other chemicals have been added to these specially cut wood chips. These chips are very carefully sizes and slowly dried to ensure absolute dryness, purity and natural flavor. Chips'n Chunks comes in 5 special flavors which are chefs' favorites:
Hickory
: A special blend of Ozark Hickorywood and Pacific Northwest Alderwood that adds a zesty, sensational flavor to ham, bacon, and jerky. Try it on most cuts of pork you want to smoke or bar-b-que.
Mesquite
: A special blend of Texas Mesquitewood and Pacific Northwest Alderwood that adds a hearty smokey flavor to everything you smoke or bar-b-que. Best on beef cuts, especially steaks for bar-b-queing.
Alder
: 100% pure Pacific Northwest Alderwood, aged and kiln dried to add a sensational wood smoke flabor to everything you smoke or bar-b-que. Alderwood is the sportsman's favorite for fish.
Cherry
: Pacific Northwest Cherrywood and a gentle touch of Alderwood are blended to add a subtle smooth flavor. Wonderful on game and dark meats.
Apple
