You are bidding on a
vintage highly decorated two piece Silver Tea Bag Holder from India.  It features elephants and plants, and opens up to rinse out any dripped tea.  Please note in the pictures that there is some loss of the silver finish in the inside of  the bottom of the uppper tea bag holder, though of course this would be covered by the tea bag when it is in use, and you wouldn't notice it.
