This item does have scuffs, scrapes, dents and discolorations on the outside.
There is damage to the spout as well as the hinge that holds the lid of the cup on (will fall off).
None of these defects affect actual performance, as the spout still works just fine.
The inside is clean and without a split, crack or odor.
